Setia Ecohill to be launched in October 2013?

I have received SMS invitation to Setia Ecohill's brand new Welcome Centre on 29 Aug 2013 but only managed to visit the sales gallery today.

The entrance and Welcome Centre look awesome, especially it located in middle of under-developed Semenyih town.

Pilosa 1&2 and Pallida 1&2 are Double Storey Terrace House (20' x 65') that selling at indicative price of RM400,000. While Argentea 1&2 and Augusta 1&2's land size is 20' x 70'. It costs RM30,000 more as compare to 20' x 65' houses.

Here are the indicative selling price of other properties:

Errana 1&2 and Plavia 1&2 (36' x 78') - RM700,000

Lecus 1&2 (36' x 80') - RM800,000

Merrum A1/A2 & B1/B2 - RM900,000

Errana 1&2 and Plavia 1&2 are linked semi-detached houses while Lecus 1&2 and Merrum A1/A2 & B1/B2 are semi-detached houses.

But one thing is sure that Setia Ecohill is organizing movie session at 21 September 2013 (7pm - 10pm) at Welcome Centre and all the Phase 1 show units are ready for visit (morning session).
